Mrs.Meena jain is a rehabilitation expert with 3 decades of rich grass root experience both at urban and rural level. She comes with immense expertise and opulent knowledge , in the field of diability. She has impacted thousands of lives through her unconditional acceptance, commitment and dedication by empowering individuals with IDD and their families to live a socially valued life.
Prof. Kalpathy Eswaran has nearly 50 years of experience as a teacher and researcher in the fields of physics and biology. He is an Emeritus Professor at IISc and the Dept. of Biotechnology, Ramaiah Institute of Technology. He was previously Professor and Chairman of the Molecular Biophysics Department at IISc. He has travelled widely for academic programmes around the world and was a visiting professor at a number of universities and institutions in the United States and overseas, including the Harvard Medical School in Boston. He has earned several honours and prizes, including the S.S.Bhatnagar Prize for Biological Sciences. He belongs to many societies and social service organisations, including Rotary Rajamahal Vilas.
Mrs. Lalitha Eswaran holds a bachelor's degree in economics and education, a master's degree in sociology, and a certificate in instructional design. She taught high school at Cluny Convent in Malleswaram and Vidya Niketan High School. She also taught college students in Cochin and Bangalore. Social work and writing are two of her passions.
Mr.Gundu Rao, graduate in B.Sc. from Yuvaraja’s college in Mysore joined the state bank of Mysore as a typist clerk in 1964 and later served as a branch manager, administrative officer and chief manager of Cauvery Grameena bank. He was also associate chairman of bank officers association. He is an excellent orator, planner, banker and fighter for social causes.
Mr. Ananth Nagraj worked for a year as the HR cluster head at Reliance and for eight years as a project manager at IBM, before initiating AARKAY Constructions and relocating to Mysore. In honour of his parents, he runs two charitable organisations, Narayanamrutha Foundation and Sumana Pratishtana, which serve to provide education and food to the down trodden. More than 50 workshops were held as part of a curriculum called "SANGATHI", which was initiated by him, a career guidance programme for children in grades X and XII at government schools.
Mr.Nathan is a management consultant for company development and the founder of Apna International Network, which
assists people with potential in entering the business world.
For more than three decades, Mr. Singhvi has worked as a Chartered Accountant, specialising in accounting, funding, mentoring, and consulting non-profit organisations. He also has an Information System Auditing diploma. He mentors new age entrepreneurs and incubators on how to launch a venture, and he has provided guidance and resources to non-profit organisations on how to start, manage, sustain, and raise funds. Since 30 years, he has been an active Rotarian.
